Breakthrough – UK
North West based organisation providing training, employment and business opportunities to disabled people within the social model of disability, also support for personal budgets and peer support groups. Breakthrough also facilitate the Disability Design Reference Group for Transport for Greater Manchester (their minutes are not available publicly), the Manchester Disability Collaborative, Community Health Information Hub, Accessible Information Hub for Community Diagnostic Centres.
